Manual Paid Beta Payment Policy
LocalSitesApp paid beta subscriptions are reviewed and handled manually by an operator. The current beta offer is a monthly LocalSitesApp subscription at $29 USD/month unless a written beta agreement says otherwise.
Checkout links are created by an admin and manually delivered by an operator. The portal does not automatically email, text, WhatsApp, or publish payment links.
Payment does not automatically approve claims, publish website changes, send outreach messages, transfer owner accounts, or change public business pages. Public website updates remain admin-reviewed and separately controlled.
Receipts, invoice questions, payment-method updates, failed-payment recovery, plan changes, cancellations, and refund requests are handled through manual support review during beta.
Cancellations
Businesses may request cancellation of the LocalSitesApp subscription at any time. During manual paid beta, cancellation requests are reviewed by an operator before the Square subscription or future billing is stopped.
Cancellation stops future service and future subscription billing after the operator completes the cancellation workflow. Previous monthly subscription fees, and fees for the current paid billing period, are not refunded just because a business later decides it no longer wants the service, unless required by law or separately approved for a billing or service issue.
Refunds
Refund requests should be submitted within 30 days of the charge being reviewed. Approved refunds are manual and are generally limited to duplicate charges, billing mistakes, failure to provision the paid beta service, or another issue accepted by LocalSitesApp after review.
Refunds are not automatic, are not guaranteed, and do not automatically approve claims, publish website changes, transfer accounts, send messages, or change public business pages.
How to request help
To request billing help, cancellation, or a refund review, submit a privacy/support request from the owner portal for your app or contact the LocalSitesApp operator who provided your beta checkout link. Include the business name, owner email, charge date, and the reason for the request. Chargebacks and payment disputes may also be handled through Square or the card provider.
