Privacy Policy

LocalSitesApp collects owner-submitted contact details, website change requests, uploaded media metadata, consent choices, and privacy request records so admins can review and operate prepared local business websites.

Admin-only systems may also keep audit logs, CRM sync records, payment lifecycle records, AI assistance records, publishing snapshots, and operations evidence. These internal records are not shown in the owner portal.

Export, correction, consent withdrawal, and deletion requests are reviewed manually. A request does not automatically delete data, publish a website change, send a message, or alter payment state.
