The owner portal is a review workspace for prepared business website previews. Submitted claims, requests, images, and privacy requests are held for admin review before public website changes are made.

AI assistance, outreach drafts, payment links, CRM sync, and publishing controls are admin-only tools. They do not automatically approve claims, send messages, activate payments, or publish public website changes.

Payment links shown by admins are copy-only and manually delivered. The manual paid beta billing, cancellation, and refund terms live in the payment policy. Cancellation requests stop future service and billing only after manual operator review; previous subscription fees are not refunded merely because a business later decides to stop using the service, unless required by law or separately approved under the payment policy.
