The owner portal is a review workspace for prepared business website previews. Submitted claims, requests, images, and privacy requests are held for admin review before public website changes are made.

AI assistance, outreach drafts, payment links, CRM sync, and publishing controls are admin-only tools. They do not automatically approve claims, send messages, activate payments, or publish public website changes.

Payment features remain gated until production readiness is complete. Any checkout links shown by admins are copy-only and manually delivered.
